I know this sounds super biased since I'm the daughter of the author, but hear me out: This is the first novel of his I've read. I haven't really known what to feel or where to start - since he's my dad - and I like to seperate the art and the artist when I read/go to museums/watch a movie etc. But now I've read one of his books, and let me just say; What a beautifully written piece of literature he has created. Well done, dad.
